Using the Enneagram and a dynamic process between the client and the consultant, Root Consulting works with the client to identify unwanted behavioral traits, barriers and recurring snags in communication, conflict management and relationships. With the guidance of the consultant, the client develops a plan for change with attainable and achievable deadlines. Root Consulting partners with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process to initiate change. Root Consulting is ideal for the healthy team or individual interested in self-improvement and growth.

Corporate clients can schedule team workshops or ongoing team training. Individual clients can engage with a consultant through an individual coaching contract or by participating in one of Root Consulting's regularly offered 6 week group sessions. Custom sessions are scheduled at the convenience of the client and can be conducted in person or via Zoom.

What is the Enneagram?

The name "enneagram" derives from Greek: ennea meaning “nine” and gram meaning “drawing” or “figure.” The Enneagram is represented by a nine-pointed figure inscribed in a circle. Once type is known, the Enneagram becomes a powerful tool for self-awareness and growth, allowing an individual to reject habitual, previously unconscious behavior in favor of intentional, thoughtful action.

Enneagram insights are being applied in a variety of fields, including business, healthcare, psychology, parenting, and education. The Enneagram is the fastest growing psychometric tool for companies seeking to improve company, team and individual performance.

The Enneagram has grown in popularity in recent decades as users discover the value to be gained. Does the Enneagram have a religious component?
